Drilling Questions

I'm fixing to make my first PCB and I'm wondering about about the speed I should use on my drill press. Is a faster or slower speed recommended? I know a lot of you don't make your own boards, but I'm sure some of you do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I don't think it really matters. I have used a dremel or a hand drill to do mine and I always just do full speed.
