Since the beginning, my LCD is on (blue light) and all the alpha-numéric zone on the first line are on too (I have black square). Second line is off (nothing display).

I have adjust the 10k pot on the board.

18F2550 does not directly drive the LCD module, so no text will be displayed until you program ATmega (assuming the hardware is ok).

Ok, thank for your answer...

But now i'm stuck, because I program the Pic18F2550, but as I baught an new ATMEGA on mouser.com, it's a virgin module without program, and I don't know how to program it, except send ATMEGA to Dmitri ?

I found no information on how to put the program in an virgin ATMEGA.

Again, you seem to post here before reading the documentation for which I gave you the link here. And this documentation is not hidden, it's right there on the website.

On the first page on june-01-2010, you write :

"This procedure describes how to load an encrypted MegaDrum firmware over MIDI or USB.

To use this procedure a couple of pre-requisite must be met.
1. MegaDrum must be programmed with the protected bootloader."

And my ATMEGA ship is virgin, new, it's came directly from the supplier. So the procedure don't work.

The only solution is so to send you my ATMEGA, isn't it ?
