so what is this? maybe my module gets broken?
Here I stand in the falling rain
There is no joy inside these tears
I see the world through a twisted and bitter stare
To be where I have been... to see what I have seen
Is it a dream?
Or can I believe...
The memories will haunt me for evermore

I doubt very much.
Either you don't describe the steps precisely with enough details for me to reproduce the problem or the problem is not actually there.

had this bug today after reseting md. because of this bug, i lost my settings so i wnted a clear and dry start for new settings.

this are really all the steps ive done:
starting md holding right key pressed. setting up alternate encoders to enabled. waited for vumeter... went to max inputs set it to 32. went without waiting for vumeter to atuoload cfg and hen without waiting for vumeter to save to slot 1, pressing right key for saving. after a second without writing saved md displays no. went to hihat auto lvl set it to no, went to save to slot 1 and tada md is saving. thats all.... maybe i setup the display in between this steps... dont know anymore.

for now everything is running good. dont want to loose my settings anymore. it costs so much time to setup my toms.

You don't have to start with holding the RIGHT key to begin with default settings. You do it by simply setting AutoloadConf to No. As per http://www.megadrum.info/content/config ... -and-hints you need to use the "RIGHT key" procedure only if "you messed up MegaDrum settings and it became unresponsive".

setting up alternate encoders to enabled. waited for vumeter... went to max inputs set it to 32. went without waiting for vumeter to atuoload cfg and hen without waiting for vumeter to save to slot 1, pressing right key for saving.

MaxInputs is a global settings and is saved only when exiting from the menu. I corrected the Documentation to explicitly say so.

after a second without writing saved md displays no.

Why did you decide it did not save the settings?

went to hihat auto lvl set it to no, went to save to slot 1 and tada md is saving. thats all.... maybe i setup the display in between this steps... dont know anymore.

Again, I did not see from your instructions what settings you wanted to save and which were not actually saved.

since the last bug everything is working very well. i had one or two times that md was writing none if i wanted to save my settings, but after second try md done its job and saved. dont know what, or why and im happy thats nothing broken.

...another question: is this normal that for example if my snare is a bit too hot, other inputs are triggering too? have the issue that sometimes my hihat is triggering to the snare, but if i cool the snare down to something like 600, i dont notice crosstalk? have this maybe with all my inputs on my md. had it with my old md too...

...sometimes, nearly every 10 minutes my pads or cymbals are triggering without hitting them... like someone is putting light on and my md triggers, but noone is switching any lights on in my flat. whats this? we have a mobile antenna next house on the roof. could it be because of this?

It may trigger other inputs if Thresholds are set very low - electromagnetic crosstalk can still happen on very powerful signals. XTalk suppression may help.

Without seeing your post here I just posted a reply in viewtopic.php?p=20771#p20771 suspecting you may have a source of a powerful electromagnetic noise nearby.

A surge protector for your PC possibly may help.
