between VCC and GND there are 5V, there aren't short circuit and the other pins of the 40 socket are OK soldered and connected

Your Atmega appears to be broken. On my Atmega I get infinite (well, more than 10MOhm) resistances between pin 11 and pins 12/13 no matter how I measure them.

I think the same thing than you. The PIC and 6N138 seems to be in perfect state and the MAX4558 i don't know.

how I comprobate the max are in OK condicion? do you know a way to comprobate it? thanks

Don't worry, you have 4 MAX4558 IC's. At least one of them will be ok. It'll be immediately obvious if any of them is broken when you have Atmega working.

MAX4558 are protected against electricity static shock thus no anxiety !

Yes, but in my town i can't buy the MAX4558 and in spain i don't know if I can. Can I put 74hc(i don't know the other numbers) in the place of MAX4558?

Yes, but for the moment the problem is the Atmega.

If it really is broken and it has never worked, I indeed want to change it to you ...

thanks synthex!! when i think i finish the job and always happens anything... hehe.

the megadrum never worked only install the drivers in the pc because the pic are OK
how I can know if my atmega is really broken? because i think this but i'm not 100% sure
