some inputs not working

Hi,
On my megadrum 32 atmega 1284 with PS board I have the folowwing problem,
When I hook up a working 682 drum trigger to ports tom1, tom2, tom 3, tom 4 it does not work, the megadrum lcd does not register any hits. If I connect the trigger to any other input it works. I configured the megadrums maximum inputs to 32 and 56 but it still does not work,
Any tips?

1. Inputs are disabled by setting Note to 0.
2. Thresholds are set too high, Gains are set too low.
3. Hardware problem, e.g. connectors got loose, soldering problem, failed IC.
