Firmware update problem

This one should be pretty easy, I hope.

I have a 56i MD 644 20MHz (Synthex v3.2) with protected bootloader and I know that to update the firmware I need to hold down LEFT while powering on, then press UP to select correct clock speed, press DOWN once and then proceed to load new firmware.

However, my MD's display isn't working so I can't see the clock speed selection. Can anyone tell me the correct sequence (how often I should press UP) for 20MHz?

You need to press UP only once.
