Protected bootloader

Hi All

Is it still possible to obtain the chips with the protected bootloader and how much will they cost

And how do I go about getting one

I quite understand Dimitri's reasons for having to do this but I cannot build the project without one

Am I correct in assuming that this chip will work in the older 32 channel boards with the appropriate firmware as the original spec quotes a MEGA 32 - P

Yes, Atmega644 will work on boards made for Atmega32.
