Incorrect Curve, Compression level.
Signal voltage maxes out around 2-3V when loaded on the input.
Incorrect wiring.

I'm wondering about Incorrect wiring.. Do you think it could be ground is not connected? I've checked and I have grounded both pin 15 & 16 on the ribbon cable, but maybe I should trace this? I'm wondering what comes to your mind for incorrect wiring?

Incorrect wiring could be anything, including incorrect grounding.

Sorry for digging out this old Thread, just wanted to remark, that it is the same here. I also think, that the inputs are cliping. If i change the gain, the max midi value changes also... I would suggest to change the values that can be set so, that physical clipping of the ADs corresponds to the max high level setting with the highest gain setting.
