LCD Display Compatibility

Just received my megadrum board today (yay). However, I ordered the wrong lcd board for it. Before ordering the right display, is there any chance that this lcd will work with the megadrum board?

The pinout looks different from LCDs I use. If it is ilil9340/9341 (320x240) or ST7735 (160x120) the you can use it but you need to make sure you do correct wiring.

Thank you for the advice. However, I went ahead and ordered the right lcd for cheap (USD 5).
I'm just worried about that light square in the screen though.

On the bottom right? It is an area for live view of hits velocities.
