Megadrum builders for the electronically challenged?

I came here back in March asking about the megadrum. Have had some communication with Mr. Skachkov. This question has probably been asked many times here, so please forgive any needless repetition.

Are there people here building megadrums for others, or willing to do so for people like me not into the electronic construction end?
