A to E drum conversion : Megadrum + Acoustic drum + Junxion

Hi everyone,

In order to test MCT I want to plug MD in my external soundcard (M-audio Firewire 410) but I'm not sure exactly how to do that. Since I have not built the "external power" part of the MD board, and since my M-audio device does NOT have any USB input, I guess the USB cable just HAS to be connected to my computer

Here's the only setting I can think of, but please correct me if I'm about to do something stupid!

- Megadrum USB port connected to my computer's USB port
- Megadrum MIDI OUT connected to M-audio MIDI IN
- Then in MCT I select M-audio as input AND output

Will that allow me to send and receive sysex messages with MCT through the MIDI input of my M-audio device?
