First of all, I'm not the right person to ask about building pads or cymbals. I've never done it myself.

I think you dont understand me. I bought a module a few weeks ago from you.
Now I'm making mesh pads.
I connected the module viaUSB. I use ADDICTIVE DRUMS (with map windows) I know addictive drums support positional sensing snare. So;
1. What means the midicc16? Should I connect via midi cable?
MIDI CC16 is what Roland uses for positional sensing information and what is conventionally used by software synthesizers, I guess Addictive Drums included, for the same purpose. It doesn't matter if you use USB or standard MIDI for this.
2. What "positional sensing snare" pad has got components? Only two piezo? One piezo centred located, other one piezo on the rim? is it true? I dont know anything sorry.
Again, I never built pads myself so I'm hardly of any help on this. Positional sensing in MegaDrum was tested by me with Roland PD 125X, Drumtec 14" snare and Pintech 10" snare. All of these snares are mesh type pads with centrally located piezo. For positional sensing it doesn't matter if a pad is single zone or dual zone, it uses only the head piezo.
3. How I must wiring piezzos. Roland style? Or alesis style? Because they are different.
You can wire it either way.
4. After wiring what should I do? I think connect pad to module 4.input.(for snare)
You can use Positional sensing capable pads on any of inputs 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12. Again, see
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=20525. Then what should I do? Please say step by step. Because my english not enough for understanding long posts. What should I set the addictive drums software. And finally how can I test positional sensing pad. It works or not work? How can I understand. Pfff
Then you have to configure Positional settings in your MegaDrum using PositionalIn, PositionalLv, PositionalLow and PositionalHi from Miscellaneous submenu (see
http://www.megadrum.info/content/miscellaneous-settings ). You can read about how I did it in
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1215 (the link I gave you in my previous post).
And of course you have to configure your software synthesizer to recognize Positional sensing data received from MegaDrum (MIDI CC16 ), in your case Addictive Drums. I don't have Addictive Drums myself so I cannot guide you with its configuration but you can ask if somebody uses Addictive Drums with Positional sensing in Related Software subforum.
