Can you test continuity:
1. from pin 37 of the board connector to the pin 14 of the nearest MUXer chip?
2. from pin 39 of the board connector to the pin 13 of the nearest MUXer chip?

Hi Dmitry,
I think I found the problem, if I close the pin 15/16 (GND) with pin 39 or pin 15/16 with pin 37 and I little push the MUXer chip by wooden stick, I will get activity on first top and bottom block on the lcd screen witch is hi-hat and kick, so its look like there is some cold connection between chip and PCB board. The pin 35 stop working to, and have same behavior as pin 39 and 37 -it is working after little push. I believe that I can "easy" fix it, but Im not sure if i have a good (not to strong) soldering iron, its about 100W

100W is more than enough. And my apology for the soldering issue there. If you're not sure you can do it, you can send it to me and I will fix it.

I fixed it!! :)

a few more questions:

I checked again all inputs, and 3 of them have active rim/edge on the screen (just a bit jumping blocks, but without midi led flushing) All wires checked and they are fine.
number 5 Ride, 9 Tom3, 13 Aux3

And I wonder If I connect my alesis realhat to input 1, on pin 40 is some power going to the ring on the jack, but in this particular pedal the socket is mono and the ring will be shorted to GND, it is ok?? will no damage anything??

You probably set Threshold too low or Gain too high on these inputs. Read about Latency in http://www.megadrum.info/content/miscellaneous-settings when it is set to odd numbers.

It won't damage it but will cause MegaDrum to draw more power from USB - extra 50mA.
