Looks good! :) I'd imagine if you just drill out the area that has no copper it's probably about the right size.

I just ordered all the rest of the parts I need. I think I got everything I need to finish the MegaDrum now :) Just need to get the rest of the stuff for the drum kit conversion.

I got to thinking about this thread and here's a proposal I have for anyone that's interested. I would be willing to etch the input 1.8 pcb's in exchange for parts for my megadrum. I am building a v2.5 and I need Jacks, LCD and all of the IC's (including Atmega). If you would like for me to make you an input board I would be glad to do it for an exchange of option 1: jacks+LCD, or option 2: all IC's. I am negotiable, as I really like to see people succeed with this great project!
