I think you have two separate issues.
1. I suspect that since you don't have a HH pedal connected, and if you didn't change 'AutoLevels' for the HH pedal before, MegaDrum reads small voltage fluctuations on the pedal input and as a result sends CC4 MIDI messages all the time. Power MegaDrum up with the key RIGHT pressed to force MegaDrum to load default settings. Either connect a pedal to the HH pedal input or just a simple switch to simulate a switch type HH pedal and press it a few times. With 'AutoLevels' set to 'Yes', it should update High and Low levels for the pedal automatically.
2. Your LCD connection seems not ok.
What exactly do you see on the LCD?
If you can see anything on the LCD, try to press keys UP and then DOWN (for a few seconds each time) after you powered MegaDrum up without touching any other keys and see if you notice that contrast of whatever symbols you see on the LCD changes.

On the screen only the normal squares but they are not steady they are rapidly blinking
I re solder and re attached the lcd connections nothing changed
I tried to repower with right key pressed several times nothing changes

IS ıt dead??????

Did you test contrast with the UP/DOWN keys as I suggested?

Just to make sure, does "nothing is happening" mean that you don't see contrast going higher when you press UP and keep it pressed for a few seconds and then going lower when you press DOWN and keep it pressed for a few seconds?

1. Does your PC still detects MegaDrum when you plug it in?
2. Could you accidentally have erased Megadrum firmware already by powering MegaDrum up while holding the key LEFT pressed and then pressing the key DOWN?
3. Disconnect the LCD. Power MegaDrum up while holding the key LEFT pressed to enter bootloader. DON'T PRESS any other key after that. Is the MIDI LED still on? Power off MegaDrum.

As I understood from your PM you've accidentally broke a pin on Atmega. Once you have a replacement I'll try to help to fix your problem. Btw, if you only broke any of the pins 4,5,22,23,24,25,26,34,35,36 your Atmega is still good for MegaDrum. For the future:
1. Could it be a re-occurrence of the same issue in a new disguise that you already had and fixed in http://www.megadrum.info/forums/viewtop ... 6&start=10?
2. Do you have a multimeter?

As I understood from your PM you've accidentally broke a pin on Atmega. Once you have a replacement I'll try to help to fix your problem. Btw, if you only broke any of the pins 4,5,22,23,24,25,26,34,35,36 your Atmega is still good for MegaDrum. For the future:
1. Could it be a re-occurrence of the same issue in a new disguise that you already had and fixed in viewtopic.php?f=3&t=596&start=10?
2. Do you have a multimeter?

I broke several pins like 40th pin

If you are handy with your soldering iron you can fix the chip.
