Just as thoroughly as I did in viewtopic.php?f=3&t=352 detailing the procedure of finding causes of LCD problems, describe here all your steps while following the procedure.

I should follow with this viewtopic.php?f=3&t=492 ? I checked voltage between pin 1 and 3 and it is 2.5V.

Have you started MegaDrum normally or into a bootloader node?
Are you sure the LCD is blank and in fact filled with underscore characters?

I had done these parts from programming mcu's section: 'Programming MegaDrum bootloader' and "Load Megadrum firmware'. In first post i pasted MCT log.
Yes, LCD is shine but there are not any visible characters.
May Atmega is not programmed properly.

So if (when you boot into the bootloader):
1. the LED is flashing while you keep the key LEFT pressed
2. there is no short between pin 3 and 1 of the LCD
3. no changes on the LCD whatsoever when you shorten pin 3 to pin 1
4. connections between the board and the LCD are all good

then your LCD is faulty.
