Hum.. this was a kind of question ! thank you for your quick answers, meaning you're very serious. I've read that the roland pads were too "hot", and that they had to be modified with a transistor or something else (not a specialist at all ! ) for problems of velocity or sensibility... can you tell me more about this ? i own roland pd 85 pads and cy-8 cymbals
If a pad turns out to be too "hot", no modification to the pad or to MegaDrum is required. The modification (voltage divider), if needed, can be done with a cable. See http://www.megadrum.info/forums/viewtop ... 911#p11911
Really liking my 56 input MegaDrum. One question that I haven't seen the answer to. Is either the kick (jack 2) or the HiHat (jack 3) a dual channel jack? I don't imagine that the HiHat pedal is dual channel.
