Things seems to be hard without a display...

Are you using the last MDM?
(and which firmware on the MD)
We did alot of changes on the save to slot function on the latest MDM version.

The idea which i never understood with the slot function was that the current config stored in RAM in MD was saved into a slot. (not that it actually sends the config stored in MDM before it is saved into a slot)

Yes this is very frustrating, 3 LCDs I have tried, all to correct specification and the best I could do was half a working display. Now even that is no longer working :(

I am using 20131111 firmware. (I managed to update when half my LCD was working)

Yes I am also confused on many functions of the MegaDrum! :lol: :lol: :lol:


I have just discovered something under magnification. The PAD 2 pads are shorting as pad 45 in the midi log, any pad I hit gives a 45 signal with any other pad. Looking at it properly it looks like black ants have left a residue on the tracks..... :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

I will clean the board and see if that issue will go away.

So many unrelated issues..... :roll:
