Then I guess where the interval in the screenshot is more then ~80ms there were missed hits. I'm just trying to understand where the problem is and what I need to do next.

It would be good if more people chimed in... my setup is quite eclectic and is not very representative at all of what most people have.

If you want I can post later a link to a recording of a roll without the new algoritm and one with it, so you can hear the difference.
If it ain't broken... fix it until it is.

I'll try and have a look later but I have some Taikos to download first.

I don't think I can be much help at this. Alt false to yes and at 300bpm some (around half?) aren't registering, Dyns 1/4.
Retrig at 1 is phasing.
If there is anything I can do......, but is this aimed at the single zone rubber pad?

Please try this version:
megadrum_20160421_test.zip

It is aimed at all types of pads. The main purpose is to make finding right settings easier for new comers. The algorithm is quite different and this is why I'm asking for help with testing.

I'll give it a go tomorrow morning; can't make any noise now. If you can nail an algorithm that makes it easy to set up it'll be a major breakthrough.

Just tried the last 2 firmwares - I still get the same result as with the previous ones: quite a few missed hits. A quick test I do is to press the stick against the head as if for a buzzroll. If I get a continuous buzz I know it will also work fine for any kind of roll, but if it stutters, fast rolls won't come out too well either.
