yes of course. i appreciate all help. just getting a liittle frustrating but it seems my grounding has been broken. it was working before mounting it and i have checked it multiple times and now there is a breakage. might be on of the jacks that is bad. don't why it's working one minute and then breaking the next. i even used a propper thick wire for the grounding.

i will post some pictures if i'm able to fix the grounding and the issue presists.

would getting a Db-25 pinout female and using it with a db-25 to trs work?

ok so touching the low impedance highhat pedal on the sleeve and touching the grounded input (15-16 pin) on the sleeve i get continuity bu touching the low impedenace on the sleeve and than diretcly on the pins 15-16 nothing happens. does that mean that their is a weak or bad wire.

if i touch the input that is wired to 15-16 on sleeve and then on pins 15-16 i get continuity.

Thanks for all the help :) i finally did it. there were mulitple problems. bad jacks was one of the main things. probably damaged as i may have used a little to high heat.

so i figured instead of doing the same stupid approach. by soldering everything mounting it and thinking it would work. i know have done only a few and i have tested it and will continue this way so if there is a bad jack i will know straight away.

and again thank you all :)
