Yes I did.
MCT workin for other option command.
"Wait a few seconds for the firmware to be written and Megadrum should automatically reboot" Nothing happend from this instruction

If you can see MegaDrum USB MIDI in MCT, there is nothing wrong between USB and PIC18F2550.
I suspect you're not following procedure for updating firmware exactly as described in MCT documentation.
This is why I asked you to describe step-by-step how you do it starting with what you chose as MIDI In/Out in 'Configurations Options' of MCT (it is best if you show a screenshot) and ending with when MegaDrum shows 'Send Sysex now' and you clicking 'Yes' in firmware updater in MCT.

2 ctrl+U
3 left button
4 down button

Yes and led nod flashing just lighting and not uploading firmware

Could you check all wires between the Atemga and 18F2550 ?
