It's cheaper to make the 32 inputs version with 4* 74HC4851 than the 22 inputs version with 2* 74HC4851 and a expensive SN74S1051.
What do you think ?

I didnt check the price of the 1051.

I dont know about the 32 input version. Its confusing with the 2 boards that only have one connector and jumpers you dont kow how to use and also pin 2, what do I do with that pin 2 for the hihat ? And what about the second analog board, what's happening with input one, is it another hihat controler..I dont know.. too many questions, not enough documentation on how to put it together (docs are all over the forum -- not good).

Your board is really cool, but without the schematics...

The schematics is almost the same as "MegaDrum Analogue Board - 32 inputs version" on Schematics page.

The "MegaDrum Analogue Board - 32 inputs version" (from dmitri) :

On the first board place jumpers on J2 and J3.
On the second board place jumpers on J4 and J5.

On the first Analogue board J1
pin 1 - power source for HiHat controller
pin 3 - HiHat controller input
pin 4 - Kick
all other pins, pin5/6,pin7/8..pin17/18 are paired for dual inputs

On the second Analogue board J1
pin 1 is not used
all other pins, pin3/4,pin5/6..pin17/18 are paired for dual inputs

:)

On my 32 inputs connector :

pin 1 - GND
pin 2 - GND
pin 3 - power source for HiHat controller
pin 4 - HiHat controller input
pin 5 - Kick
pin 6 - not used
pin 7 - HIHat Bow
pin 8 - HiHat Edge
pin 9 - Snare Head
pin 10 - Snare Rim
pin 11 - Crash Bow
pin 12 - Crash Edge
...
...
all other pins are paired for dual inputs

Hi Synthex, would you post the last design here? (2.6 version I think you said) I have now the components and am going to start building it, but I must wait before you tell me if you are going to update the diptrace design soon
Thanks!

The last version (2.6) is a dual layer version, It's very good.
Dual layer is very hard to do at home.

The new 2.6 version PCB will be available soon. :)
With a very competitive price ! ;)

But is the design of the layout different from version 2.3 or the only change is the dual layer?

The design and the dual layer change.

You can see change here :

Will the new design be available for download (without the dual layer addon)? Which are the main design differences between 2.3 and 2.6?

I am being afraid, for what you say, that for theses new versions of PCB you are going to keep them commercial and not public access, isn't it? That would not be nice :(
