I gave it a good play tonight and whilst it doesn't seem quite as responsive, it is close. However, When I turned off 'altFT' (send) I lost all the lower dynamics and had to re boot.
I don't know if it's just me, but sometimes you may change something (send, assume it has changed) and there is a sort of placebo effect in that you think it is an improvement but not until the next boot do you realise the changes did work. Happened the other day with pnote. I can't quite put my finger on it nor do I have any tangiable results, as I say just a feeling.

Thank you all for testing and feedback! I'll have another version to test coming days.

Just tried it out. Retrigger at 1 and Dynlevel/time at 1/4. I find it triggers a bit better than previous test versions but, alas, I still get uneven, stuttering rolls with missed hits.
If it ain't broken... fix it until it is.

At the moment I'm trying to eliminate missing hits at the lowest suppression level.

AltFalseTrSuppON_test2.png

That's the best result I can provide.

I get a lot of crosstalk with my snare rim piezo and another rim piezo on a tom, but only during buzzrolls.

The latest megadrum_20160502_test2 firmware is an improvement, but I still wouldn't use AltFalseTrSuppON. Too many issues with other triggers.

Btw, I managed to reproduce the problem with a rim getting disabled so I'll be able to address it properly.

OK test2 feels about the same as my current but with AFT off I need to raise retrig (usually have it at 12)

Are there not differences in the transfer of vibrations dependant on the different materials in use? So, (thinking out loud here) piezo/foam cone would hold the vibration longer than my rubber surface.
