Hi all.

I have a strange problem. When I play my kick, other inputs seems to be 'muted/suppressed', especially my Ride is silenced.
My kick is rather 'hot'. (Produces a very strong signal.) Could a hot pad 'mute' other inputs???? I have yet to try to put resistors on the kick to lower its signal, but would apresiate any suggestions too.

Put the kick input into a separate XTalkGroup.

I did that, and now I have a massive crosstalk problem. Gues I will have to install a voltage divider on my kick.

Is your kick mechanically connected to all other pads???

No not at all.

I installed a voltage divider and that solved the problem.
