Hi all, i have been looking for the atmega32-16 but the only atmega i can get is the atmega32L-8, i read in the Doc. & FAQ section, that this may work, i just want to know if someone successfully use it. Im a little concern about the ''may work" part, so anyone who can tell me i be very thank.

It works for me at 12MHz. No one will be able to guarantee it will work for you.

The Atmega32L-8 is too slow.
