So the LCD shows text normally until you touch the PCB?

Which resistor and capacitor are you talking about? Why did you decide to replace them in the first place?

This is open to interpretation... Do you mean:
(a) that MD triggers a 'Found new hardware dialog' each time you connect MegaDrum via USB?
(b) that constant MIDI activity is going on when MegaDrum is powered on and connected via USB?

Fisrt, when i connected to pc everything ok, pc detected megadrum usb( audio usb ), i was opening MIDI OX sent SysEx, MD restarted and LCD don't display anything, I used my finger pressing to zone behind R9,C4 and X2, the LCD show dim text but when i not press the LCD only have backlight.
My PC detect MD very good, i open MEgadrum tool, and touch pin 40 (analog board ) the MD TOOL have showed midi signal and sound, however i have made good the LCD error, I have soldered pin R9, R19 and X2, after i connected MD to PC, the led always light, i was opening Megadrum tool. i lookat midilog window i seen midi signals with drum sounds.

This is most probably a contrast related problem.
Power MegaDrum, press the 'LEFT' button a couple of times (this takes you to MegaDrum's copyright screen where it is possible to adjust the LCDcontrast setting) and then regulate the contrast by means of 'UP' and 'DOWN' buttons.

I think there is a short somewhere on the board.

Thus it is fairly safe to assume that the problem is somewhere on the digital board.

With MIDI-OX check what MIDI data MegaDrum is sending. I suspect it is HiHat pedal CC messages.
