Roland replacement cone alternative
Posted: Wed Feb 20, 2008 3:40 amNot sure if it'll hold up or not but my wife brought home a few bottle adaptors that they use in the medical field. These things are made of rubber and are taped right onto the piezo sensor. I also put a little round piece of sticky felt on top of the cone .
Here's a pic of how the cone looks.
I will be able to test it out extensively when I get my tom brackets. They should arrive in a week or two ( if it's not on backorder longer than a week that is ! ).
