I have a problem I could not solve, I've been trying all morning and reading through here and there and nothing (point against my bad English).

I have received the MegaDrum and I have tested with a single piezo and walks me to wonder, just plug in via USB, open the addictive drums and I recognized all in one go. No configuration or the pc, or the megadrum.

the issue is that when welding two piezos to the female jack following the instructions according to the diagram of Toontrack forum page, I can not get the rimshot sound, and less sidestick.

I searched for information and can not find how. look at the page of MegaDrum, but the issue is that as this all or nearly all in English do not understand much to be done. (Even with google translate).
try to change some parameters in megadrum as "DualHead" - "type" - "Bnote" but nothing.

maybe it's because I have assembled the pieces in an e-box, but I do not think that's it. piezos even try putting the board under a "hit" both pieces, but it sounded just the box and not the rim.

I hope someone will have mercy on this newbie, and help me find the solution.
surely must be something very easy but I could not find it.

Read through it. Provided your dual piezo/piezo pad has a reasonably good build quality and neither head/bow nor rim/edge are too hot, you'll find right settings for zone separation quite quickly.

sorry, but i can't get the doble zone, i try whit diferent parametrer in the megadrum but i don't know what i have to set.
y copy some values from other configurations (like this: http://www.megadrum.info/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=761 but nothing)

if any one could help me, i will be bery glad.

In the link I gave you it says what the most important parameters for dual zone piezo/piezo pads. These are:
HiLvlAuto, HighLevel on both Head and Rim
DualHead on Head
Type, DualMidPoint,DualMidWidth on Rim

Read http://www.megadrum.info/content/pads-settings for descriptions and guidance on how to set these settings.
Then configuring these settings with specific values and if you still have the problem, come back here, list these settings with values and describe how you came to these settings.

A description and a photo of your pad will also be useful.

i try with the pads settings on the main page of megadrum, but nothing.
i don't know if is usefull say that with this configuration, sometimes the head piezo, start to make sound whitout being touched.
other thing that happend, was that when i was trying to get the rim sound i put diferent ways on the jack, an once it trigger the rim, but this was only for one time, when i was trying to see which tip i have to sold between the jack and the piezo.

i have to say that i don't have installed the piezos ond the pad becoue i want to try the megadrum first, an then i will make my pads.

There is only one way to connect a dual piezo/piezo pad to the jack, i.e. common wire to the sleeve(ground), head piezo to the tip and rim piezo to the ring. How do you connect it?

The threshold is too low, it will cause false triggering. Set it to 30 to begin with.

Since HiLvlAuto is set to Yes, I understand HighLevel was autodetected. In this case the Head piezo is too hot. You need to cool it down either mechanically or with a voltage divider.

You cannot get clean rim hits and you already are trying to get "rim shots". Set DualMidWidth to 0 until you manage to get reliable rim hits.

I must say your piezos wiring looks messy.

i made the changes that you say but nothing.

Of course nothing, your rim piezo signal is not coming through to Rim input.

On the Rim set HiLvlAuto to Yes and hit the rim piezo a few times. If HighLevel stays at 64 then you have the rim piezo wiring problem - signal from the piezo is not coming to the rim input.

yes you are right, the hilevel stay at 64, but the thing is that i have make all the posible convinations, and only the difernet thing that i get whit the rim piezo, is that sometiemes trigger the same as the head piezo (only moves the second bar of the megadrum)
and i try to conect jut the rim piezo, without the head piezo, but i can't get the rim sound, or the megadrum lcd show a bar move.

i don't know what more can i do

A piezo has only two wires, there is not much to look into. In case of the rim piezo, one wire goes to the sleeve(ground), another goes to the ring. If you don't get a signal, the problem is one of these:
1. The ground wire is not connected to the sleeve or poorly soldered.
2. The signal wire is not connected to the ring or poorly soldered.
3. A short between the ground and the signal wires.
4. The rim piezo is broken.
