How do I buy one of the new chips for 56 input megadrum?

I'm sure I've missed it somewhere, but I'm interested in upgrading my 32 input to the newer 56 input. I saw the bulk order thread, but looks like that's done for now. I'd like to get the required chips for two 56 input megadrums. Can someone point me to the thread for that information, or tell me how to order them from dmitri? Do I send my chips to him to program, or what?

Also, I'm handy with etching boards. Can I assume that the 56 input is the same basic layout as the 32 but just with more inputs? Is there anything special I need to be doing differently wrt layout?

OK. I saw in the other bulk order thread that you can buy individual chips for 4 Eur extra each. I'd like to do that. Do I just send £28.21 for two chips insured to the US? Do I need to wait for confirmation from dmitri before placing the order?
