Request: Updated manual!

Hi, I want to request if it is possible an updated manual. I have downloaded the one in the main page, but it doesn't say anything about all those tricks commented and spreaded all over the forum. Tricks like having the hihat pedal pressed, hitting a pad, or pressing some button for X seconds. I mean, all those things you can do to better navigate/configure megadrum that have been said in the forum but are not in the manual.
