Request: Updated manual!

Hi, I want to request if it is possible an updated manual. I have downloaded the one in the main page, but it doesn't say anything about all those tricks commented and spreaded all over the forum. Tricks like having the hihat pedal pressed, hitting a pad, or pressing some button for X seconds. I mean, all those things you can do to better navigate/configure megadrum that have been said in the forum but are not in the manual.

I could help out with the manual if I only knew what to put in it.

Forgive me for being stupid, but I can't seem to find the manual on the front page, in the docs section, or in the downloads section. Can someone provide me a link?
