Double Megadrum

I'm considering chaining 2 MDs together, i.e One piezo triggers 2 inputs of MD. The question is Integration. Would I need to run 2 instances of MDM? Would there be problems outputting both through one USB?

And a year on I shall be taking a closer look at this. I can see 2 ways of wiring this
option a) wire the piezo to both head and rim inputs on one MD. This would keep programming all in one screen.
option b) wire the piezo to one input on each MD. I think this may be more interesting with changing to different configs.
Dmitri, Do you see any issues with either set up?

1. I did not try connecting two MegaDrum modules to the same PC over USB so I cannot tell right away how it will behave.
2. I suspect that if one piezo is connected to two MegaDrum inputs (or two modules) they may not work very well as inputs are low impedance and they will affect each other.
3. Why would you want to connect one piezo to two inputs?

Well I'm not sure yet Dmitri. I shall swap to the arm version shortly so I think while I'm re wiring I'll add this option.

Edit
I've tried one piezo to 2 inputs and had no issues.
