Hey guys, I hope this is in the right area in the forum to post this.
Just wanted to post some pictures of my build. I hope to complete these by this weekend. I still have to finish my hihat and buy two more cymbals for crash and ride to be fully done. The shells test pretty well with megadrum. I also built a set for my brother in law but he is gonna buy the td-20 module. I am little worried about how they will function on that.
As for now here are some pictures

what did you use for the main drum shells? take it you cut them down?

I bought shells from drummaker.com and cut them down.

This is the internal hi hat controller I made for my set, its uses a hall sensor (already made just need to finish the bottom cymbal):
