I have now built my megadrum and all I have left to do is the input jacks. So out of curiosity and to make sure it was working unturned it on but noticed that the first bar on the 16x2 is always up high. Has anyone else had this and what did you do to change it.

If you have any info please share.

Stop worrying, it's normal. Your module just thinks you have a fully open hi hat pedal. Until you configure it with an actual pedal plugged in don't bother yourself with that.

Awesome cheers buddy. One other quick question. I would like I use two rotary encoders with 2 switches. However the schematics sjow both the buttons separate from the encoders but I have seen people using 2 of each any input here ?

Yeah that's the ones I have. Is it just a case of wiring the side that has 2 pins to where the button would be ?
