Hi all.

This is such an excellent resource, you are doing some truly great work here.

I have just recently finished converting a Yamaha DD 11 into an E Kit for our drummer, and it works great. I stumbled upon this site and have decided to make my own kit from scratch in the next couple of months as I wish to learn how to drum.

So anyway, I found an enclosure in the form of an old, scrapped Expand Switch.

LCD and buttons seem to match.





Anyway I looks forward to starting after my wedding next month, thought I'd say hi....

Also as a matter of interest, what are the differences between dmitri's boards and Synthex's?


I'm trying to figure out what the most reliable schematic is to follow as there seem to be many versions on here. I'm looking for 32 inputs max, but if building a 56 input isn't much more effort seeing as though I am building one anyway then I don't see the harm in it.


So can anyone guide me to a thread that will help me find what I'm looking for?
