Postby dmitri » Fri Sep 25, 2015 8:35 pm

Hi all,

Just want to let every one know that today I introduce a new model of a 32 inputs MegaDrum in a full aluminium case. I listed it on ebay for 180GBP plus postage but it here I offer it for 170GBP plus postage. Here are some pics of the new module:

I will also continue to offer the 32 inputs module in an ABS case and now reduce the price for it to 155GBP plus postage.

Very nice Dmitri!

You should add some knobs and buttons on the new offering to make the package 100% complete! :-)

Best Regards

Good point. As standard I will include plastic knobs for rotary encoders but not fitted (when fitted they're quite hard to remove) so that owners would be able to fit knobs of their own liking. I updated the first post with a picture of the included knobs.

Looks really good but Knobs and some dimensions perhaps.

Once again, I fail to see why people want to pay the exhorbitant Roland prices just to trigger VST when this is on offer. Maybe this shiny version will persuede them!

koby drums - Triggera krigg/Bix - megadrum - Kontakt........... Samples from all and sundry.

Nice!
Some small notes:
If you could remove the screws from the front, It would be even nicer.. ;)
It's a bit more luxious.. Did you consider using some nice capacitive touch-buttons, instead of the cheap "ugly" ones?
Use an OLED display instead of the LCD display. they are a tad more expensive, but they are easier and better to read cause of the backlight is not as annoying as an LCD.

Making it look nicer, means without a doubt that more people would consider using the MD.
I was planning on doing this myself with some aluminium/frosted plexiglass combination.

Hello Dimitri,
looks high-grade, much better than my plastic-box...
