It doesn't work?

Okay, I am running off of the last firmware update before the protected bootloader. Otherwise, I used the currently available PCBs and such as described here. http://www.megadrum.info/content/making-pcbs

I have gone through the programming phase and everything and now I can get to bootloader by holding left while booting up or I can boot into Megadrum normally and it will show me two rows of 16. That all seems normal, however, only some of the inputs don't seem to trigger at all. When I use the Up, Down, and Left buttons, I get the <MegaDrum.info> screen but nothing when pushing the Right button. Once I get that screen, nothing else happens no matter what buttons I push. I do not have the rotary encoders and when I use MDM, I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing but I don't think it's anything useful.

Any help or direction to start running down issues would be appreciated.

Thank you.

MDM will not work with such old firmware. I can onlly suggest to check all soldering/wiring and correct Atmega fuses.

Hmm... Alright.

I'll start tracing everything. I used the PCBs found here.

Hopefully, I can find something.
