roland pd125: Use "Dual or 3way yamaha" or "3way Roland"

In the megadrum manager, for a roland pd125, for Head, should I set type to "Dual or 3way yamaha" or "3way roland"?

I tried both and "Dual or 3way yamaha" works but I can never get it configured to pick up rim shots.

Setting to "3way roland" results in the rim or rim shot triggers when hitting the head no matter what settings I try for the 3rd zone.

Is "3way roland" only for cymbals?

It is a dual piezo/piezo pad so use "Dual or 3way Yamaha".
