i'm trying to optimise some e-Cymbals and therefor it would be useful o understand, how megadrum detects the velocity Level. is it the highest peak in the minScan timeperiod? Or the first peak? Only in positive direction? Or a kind of RMS calculation?

Would be great to know that.

It is the highest peak within MinScan period and only positive part of a signal.
