Can I use TRS cables for my single trigger inputs

Apologize in advance for somewhat dumb question but I've been using 3 foot cables so far and had to locate the MD on top of the bass drum. Now I've created a stand for the laptop, USB interface and MD which requires me to use 6 and 10 ft cables. I can order a big pack of Rockville TRS cables (straight TRS to Angle TRS).

Is it OK to use the TRS for the single trigger inputs?

If someone has a good US source for cables I would be interested.

Thanks

You can use standard jack cables, 2 pol is ok for single zone pads, 3 pol for dual zone pads. I made a multicore myself with an old 8x 3 pol cable so that everything is bundled and the chaos is not that immense like before...

Thanks for the answer. I did order the 8 pack of TRS (3 pol) cables.

Will there be a problem if I use them for single zone pads?

Thanks

The single zone seem to work fine with the TRS cables. I bought an 8 pack of 10 ft ones from Rockville Audio - they are angled on one end and straight on the other. I think they work really well for triggers. I found them on vdrums.
