How to troubleshoot a no button/no screen megadrum lite?

I have a megadrum lite that I only use swith Megadrum Manager

The module seem to not respond anymore to windows (showing USB error), I already double check in a second computer and with other cables.

How do you think I should approch in this situation?

Check the schematic and try to figure out what could be wrong. Without electronics troubleshooting skills it may not be easy.
