Everything ok and... nothing!!

I have a problem and i don`t know what to do. Everything seems to be fine, Megadrum logo appears but i need to wait a one minit to see a uv metter on lcd and he looks like in a photo.

My wild guesses:
1. Incorrect Atmega crystal.
2. It is Atmega644 and you've programmed/set fuses incorrectly.

Megadrum is on atmega32, crystal 16MHz. I have a programator for atmega32 and i programe with it also i trying programe with bootloader but its not working.
My computer see a megadrum.

Show a screenshot of how you programmed Atmega "fuses".

I`m programing in avr studio 4 using stk500 programer.

Fuses are incorrect. You programmed your Atmega to use 1Mhz internal RC oscillator rather than an external crystal.
See http://www.megadrum.info/content/programming-mcus for the correct fuses.

Oh... I see what i do wrong. Thanks.
I wonna programe a atmega32 without bootloader I know that i can`t meke upadete later, but i don`t know how to setup in avr studio 4 fuses. can yout tell me how?

The most important thing is how to set up a
BOOTSZ
BOTLEVEL
CKSEL

Leave all the fuse as they were by default and change CKSEL to "Ext. Crystal/Res, High Freq, Startup time 16K CK + 0ms"
