Won't let me update firmware?

Ok so I have the Megadrum communicating with the PC just fine well at least I did. I tried to have it update the firmware but it says error sending sysex file. It's connected VIA usb and everything. Before trying to update the firmware I could see pad hits and everything on the config tool. Now when I try and reboot the megadrum it doesn't boot the firmware? I guess it's not there now? I can still boot up the FW updater on the megadrum though.

Ok nevermind... at the blank screen I press the left button and it brings up the boot loader. Then I press the right button instead of down and it says the same thing "Send sys file now" so I send it and it loads? Strange.... oh well works at least.
