PCB Dimensions for Synthex all in one, Input jacks boards?

Hi all, while waiting for my order from synthex, I'm trying to order all of the items I need to build.
Can anyone give dimensions on the Input Jacks board, so I can order copper clad board?
Also would be helpful to have size of all-in-one board, so I can source, or design, my enclosure.

All In One v2.8 PCB : 155 mm x 70 mm
One Input jacks PCB : 192 mm x 43 mm
Both Input jacks PCB : 192 mm x 88 mm

What are the TRS jacks used on this board?
(i.e., make/model)
