Finally!

Postby NovaKaine » Fri Apr 24, 2009 11:26 pm

Hooray! finally I am the proud owner of a megadrum.
Thanks to everyone for all the help and advise.
Dmitri, Synthex and Gabby all you guys are a great inspiration.
Despite the million headaches and sleepless nights, thanks once again. :D
Now i have only one more quest.
How do I connect my megadrum to the piezo pad thingy I'm building now.
I see in the gallery where astachurski has built one mine is similar.
I see the db25 connection from his megadrum to his pad.
Can anyone give describe how this is done maybe a wiring diagram?
I haven't gotten a response from him.
Thanks again one last time - maybe

Looks to be just a distribution box where each piezo runs to the box and is sent out through the main connection. Much the same a Synthex's input jacks board.

Congratulation Nova!
Synthex's manual has a list of connections and this is the PCB input schemeJman refered to. With those two you should be fine.
