Programming Atmega over an ISP cable (LPT port) is more complicated than loading firmware using MIDI-OX.
If you have problems loading firmware over MIDI-OX on several computers, I'm pretty sure you'll have even more problems trying to program Atmega over an ISP cable and PonyProg. Regardless of this, I gave the link to the instruction on how to program Atmega using an ISP cable in one of the previous posts.

As I see it, your main problem is that you unable to describe exactly what steps you took and what errors you encountered while trying to update firmware using MIDI-OX.

The megadrum fails when MCT ask to me if i want to update MD, and i say yes. Only follow the instructions of MTC and in this moment the LCD of megadrum is all white. Is possible that the update fails if i select wrong bootloader in MCD???. Thanks for your patience.

I cannot advise you on problems with updating firmware using MCT. I can only advise you on updating firmware using MIDI-OX.

Would you please give us a screenshot(s) depicting this message and MIDI-OX' MIDI monitor log?

Oh, and programming ATMega with a LPT-programmer will only work with a real LPT port, USB-LPT will almost certainly not work.

You couldn't be more brief.
Do you get this error after you send erase_firmware.syx?
Do you get this error after you send firmware syx file?
How did you configure MIDI-OX?
Do you think I or anyone else have to pull from you all the information to help you?

I can write the erase and the firmware file config the buffers to low number (60). The megadrum displays "Updated finished", but, obviously MD don´t works. But if i configure the buffers to 6000 or 60000 appears errors about "NO ENOUGHT MEMORY TO SYSEX OUT BUFFERS". I don´t understand anything. I downloaded others old versions of MIDI OX, with the same result. Thanks for your interest, thanks.

You misconfigured Low Level Input or/and Output Buffers.

In viewtopic.php?f=3&t=622 it says:
2. Start MIDI-OX (don't start it before connecting MegaDrum!). In MIDI-OX menu go to Options->Configure Buffers and set Output, NOT Input, Buffers Size to 60000. Be sure it is actually set to 60000 and not to 6000 since the input field shows only 4 characters.

Can you see a difference between "Buffer Size" and "Buffer Num"?
"Num" must be left at default, which is 16. For unknown me reason you set it to 32761.

Well Dmitri, you're right. Set the parameter wrong. I'm sorry I made you lose your time, really sorry. I appreciate what you have done for me. I still have problems with the MCT, since it is not how to configure the MD to work with EZ Drummer, and although I detected well cubase MD (when I hit some moves vumeters), but does not sound. I searched information about it, but either I'm very clumsy or not much information about it. Anyway, thanks for all.

Having another problem? Please, open another topic. And don't be brief describing it.
