question regarding Quick Access on MD

I turn on Quick Access, I make a few changes to pads, then MD returns to meters and you can't do anything except load presets. Is there no way around this? I read about the hi-hat controller trick, but I don't have a hi-hat controller connected yet, and it just doesn't seem to make any sense to me that you shouldn't be able to just hit the right arrow and return to the editing pages.

Dmitri? any way around this? I don't have a HiHat controller, I'm not even able to use a standard piano style momentary pedal for the hh controler like I do with my trigger i/o. got any suggestions?

Without a hi-hat pedal, QuickAccess won't work.

Turn QuickAccess off, it's pretty useless without a hi-hat pedal anyways.
