No... Midi-OX doesn't see... I only plug the USB, it's enought?

Post the screenshot of the Device Manager where it shows USB Audio listed.

Can you now make a screenshot of "Sound, Video ... controllers" in the Device Manager when MegaDrum is not connected?

Hm, something wrong with your Windows. Can you try MegaDrum and MIDI-OX on another PC?

Fruity Loops studio doesn't see MegaDrum...
