Follow the instructions to program the USB as indicated on the page. but I can not program the atmega32, I'm using ponyprog but it tells me that it does not recognize the -24 device.
when I connect the megadrum to the pc through usb on the lcd, I only see characters in the upper row and see nothing readable pictures.
please .. can someone guide me on what happens to me?

Hi, I resigned. I solved the problem that I commented but now I have others and some doubts.

I managed to program the pic and the atmega, turn on the lcd and I can navigate through the menu but I have no signal when hitting the piezo. the VU in some moves and stays as stuck and then lowers slowly.
When I connect the windows usb recognizes it and everything ok ... but I can not make it work with ezdrummer or others. I have connected the LED to the board and it does not turn on at all ...

could you please guide me about this?

regards
