Finally, the drilling is finished. Its such a hard job, especially with tool I have.

Im satisfied with job done, but Synthex, I think you need to modify PCB design.
The pads for connectors & DIL sockets are just too small :cry:

I used 0,8mm drill for holes and connector cant get trough, if I use bigger (0,9 or 1mm) drill bits then i'll "destroy" pad...
Maybe pad like this would be better for conn / DIL

Update:
I re-drilled all holes for conn. & DILs with 0,9mm drill bit. With little help of good old hammer :lol: connector pins go through holes.
Pads are now really small and I have to be extremely careful during soldering.

Synthex, I really think you should make those pads (at least for connectors) a little bigger.

Next - soldering :geek:

thank you for your effort & fast response, this new PCB looks perfect for DIY@home 8-)
I'll try to solder on this "old" PCB, if I fail, I'll use this new design...
